Holistic Nutrition for Mind-Body Wellness

Hi, I’m Quinn Dooley and I’m a registered holistic nutritionist/certified holistic practitioner and the founder of Good Feelings Kitchen. In addition to my work in holistic wellness, I’m a professional actor, singer and musician, working in theatre and film/tv.

My practice focuses on how nutrition - what we eat, how we eat, and our relationship with food - both impacts and is affected by our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My goal is to help you cultivate a mindfulness around food and nutrition so you can embrace cooking, eating, entertaining and connecting with others, as its own form of wellness and self-care. Everyone’s life experiences, challenges, and emotions are unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all to wellness.

I’m here to help you gain more control of your health and happiness by providing insight into the food-mood connection. So if you are feeling stressed, tired, anxious, sad, or just not feeling like the person you’d like to be, meet me in the Good Feelings Kitchen!
