Good Feelings Kitchen

Good Feelings Kitchen was created for anyone who wants to enhance their mental, physical, and emotional well-being, and regain control of their health and happiness. A small space in the wild world of wellness that embraces bodies of all shapes and sizes, without focusing on buzzy trends or what you should weigh.

Good Feelings Kitchen, honours the values of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (both physical and financial) and welcomes clients who share these values. Wellness should belong   to everyone. Using science-backed mindful nutrition and lifestyle guidance, my biggest goal is to motivate long-term sustainable change in peopleā€™s lives, just like I have in mine.

A little about me

My name is Quinn and Iā€™m based in Montreal after living in Toronto for nearly 10 years. I live my life with celiac disease, a mood disorder, and unquenchable desire to always feel the best I can. In 2021, after 10 years of working and touring as a professional actor/singer/musician, the pandemic shut down the live events industry and, like a majority of artists, I lost all my work. As stress and anxiety about the future of my career mounted, I became increasingly unwell, suffering from everything from IBS to irregular cycles; from crippling anxiety and depression to skin issues, you name it. Terrified at the prospect of feeling this bad for the rest of my days (yes, I truly thought I would never get better), I decided to go back to school to study holistic nutrition. I hoped to take control of my own health and happiness, and as time went on, I got better, I felt better, and became determined to help other people feel better too. After three years of hard work, interspersed with theatre contracts and film/tv work, I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (with honours!) and Good Feelings Kitchen was born.
